WPS offers several options to our multi-housing clientele. We combat poor sanitation and other issues that contribute to pest issues at your community.

The entire exterior perimeter of each building is also treated monthly. This includes sprinkler boxes, meter boxes, dumpster areas, swimming pools and playgrounds. We also include monthly treatments of laundry rooms and common recreation rooms. We will not drive a cart and perform a “drive-by” spraying. There are several things missed by driving by, such as inspection. Inspection could uncover insect activity and evidence of termite infestation.
