Meet Bob Wagner: Founder of Wagner Pest Solutions
Bob Wagner began his career in pest control in 1984, working as a termite technician. Over the next two decades, he advanced through nearly every role the industry has to offer, from technician to vice president of a large corporate operation. That trajectory gave him a comprehensive understanding of the business. Also, it revealed where larger companies tend to fall short: relying on standardized routines that leave little room for the specific problem a homeowner is facing.
In March 2006, he left that corporate role and founded Wagner Pest Solutions in Glendale. The premise was straightforward: build a company that treats customers as people, not tickets, and pair that approach with genuine technical expertise.
Nearly two decades later, that principle continues to guide our operations. It accounts for much of why so many of our clients have remained with us for years, referring their friends, family, and neighbors along the way.
